Also, the location is comfy, minutes from Saddleback. The staff is pleasant and attentive and accommodates all of guests' needs. Food options are awesome.

The hotel was wonderful and clean, had breathtaking views of the mountains. I asked for premium queen room, it was newly renovated and spotless. The property's position was great, just off the best restaurants, the ' Village' shopping area and Parks Canada information center, and the ski slopes at Lake Louise centre. I ate at the pizza restaurant near the hotel.

We were given a deluxe queen room for a free breakfast upon arrival.

The room was good value for money -clean and had everything needed. Staff were quick to help when there was a problem. Lots of available car parking.
We were allocated a room and when we opened the door there were workmen inside ripping it to pieces! We were offered an "upgrade" instead and stayed in a very bizarre room with glass walled bathrooms. There was no way to have privacy so only book a room like this if you're very close! We also didn't like the fact that you had to pay for wifi access.

Tasty food, great service and splendid view of the mountains. New-fashioned double room, comfortable beds. Unbeatable location close to Consolation Lake. Found in a good part of the town.

Lake Louise is a wonderfull place with beautiful hotels but this wasn't the case for Lake Louise Inn !
Lake Louise Inn is a very old hotel which has to be renewed. Old carpets on the floor, no fridge, the clim was not working well and the Internet access is not free of charge.

Inviting, relaxing.
Lined up for breakfast so long, left and went somewhere else! Hottub closed at 10:00 pm, too early after a long hike and a late dinner. Most hotels are open till 11:00 pm.

great location but not without its quirks
The staff were helpful and attentive . I particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our room and the quality of the food in the restaurant on-site.

The service was pretty good.
The breakfast was pretty sparse, I felt, for the price paid. Plus, they had a hard time keeping things stocked, for some reason, although it wasn't very full.

Staff were very helpful and entrance lobby was very nice.
Room had 2 double beds, we only needed 1, but the 2 beds took up all the space making the room feel very cramped. Not sure whether we would recommend this hotel except that accommodation is limited in Lake Louise.

A fine escape in the Rockies
The view from our window was amazing, showcasing the towering peaks. And we loved the charming ambiance of the place.
We encountered issues with the unreliable Wi-Fi. We missed out on news updates , disappointing when we couldn't engage with the world outside.

we arrived at 6am due to evacuation of our hotel in calgary. The receptionist who was on duty was very helpful and arranged for us to have room earlier. unfortunately at a cost !!! Restaurant meal very good also breakfast. Very good location for visiting surrounding lakes, and saw our first bear family on way back to hotel, very exciting.

The trails at our doorstep made it easy to embrace the outdoor vibe with lovely mountain views.
The room was a bit cramped and dimly lit, less comfortable for us, despite a nice staff member bringing in a lamp for us.
